To achieve greatness, one must train with the best. The Marathon Runner app is an exceptional running trainer that follows the renowned training program of Dr. Nicholas Romanov, a two-time Olympic coach and the creator of the groundbreaking Pose Method of running. Designed specifically for long-distance athletes, this app aims to help runners prepare for various competitions such as marathons, half-marathons, 5Ks, and 10Ks.

Getting started is simple. Just set your race goal (M, HM, 10K, 5K), select the number of training days, and indicate the date of your race. The app then prompts you to perform time trials or input your most recent 5K result. Based on this information, Marathon Runner generates a personalized training plan and sets the optimal pace for each workout based on your current fitness level.

Throughout your training journey, the app diligently tracks your progress and adjusts upcoming workouts accordingly, taking into account your performance history. (For more information on premium account benefits, please see below.)

Subscription details:

<li>Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account upon confirmation of purchase.</li>
<li>Subscriptions will automatically renew, and your account will be charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.</li>
<li>No refunds will be issued once your account has been charged for renewal and the current period has commenced.</li>
<li>To cancel your subscription, go to your Account Settings and disable auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.</li>
<li>Users can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by accessing their Account Settings after purchase.</li>
